Memorial Day Weekend at Newport Dunes

57th Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner

 

 

 

The first step in getting your home ready for sale is to de-clutter and de-personalize it.  Remove personal items and photos, you do not want potential buyers looking at your ‘stuff’, but you want them spending their time looking at the house. De-clutter, by removing extra furniture from rooms, this will go a long way in making rooms look larger.  Make closets look larger by removing out of season clothing and paring down in-season clothing.
