Each home has a three or a four car garage. Home prices range from 3.7 million dollars to five million dollars.
Strada: Strada was built by Brookfield Homes between 2000 and 2001. Strada consists of 42 two story single family homes. There are both Mediterranean and Tuscan style homes in Strada. There are four home plans to choose from with two to three bedrooms with 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. Square footage ranges from 3,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Strada is one of the most photographed areas in Newport Coast.
