The 49^th Annual Police Appreciation Breakfast will take place on Thursday, March 31^st.  The Commodores Club of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce honors the Newport Beach’s Police Department. The special guest emcee will be NBC’s Dateline’s Keith Morrison. Honors will be given to a special officer, reserve officer, civilian, supervisor and volunteer of the year. The Sherman Library and Gardens is offering a Koi Fish and Lilypond painting class.  On August 10^th, from 10am to 12:30pm, local artist Helen Plehn will teach this acrylic painting class.
