Sherman Gardens is offering an eight-week Tai Chi class in the garden. Every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:30am, local instructor Cynthia Bell Niermann will introduce participants to this mind-body exercise program. Tai Chi improves health, flexibility, strength and balance. The class includes Qigong stretches, breathing exercises and short Tai Chi routines. This class is perfect for beginners.
