Regardless of the season, you choose to sell your home, curb appeal is important. Fall can be a tricky time for curb appeal, as gardens are not in bloom and summer annuals are fading. Be proactive; replace summer annuals with fall blooming plants, such as mums, in rich red and orange hues. Keep sidewalks and the driveway free of yard debris and fallen leaves.
