The Balboa Island Carnival and the Taste of the Island is happening this Sunday, September 15th. The event gets underway at 1pm and the fun continues until 5pm. The carnival and tasting will be held on Marine Avenue, which the island’s main street. There will be activities and treats for the entire family, including carnival games, rides, bungee jump, dunk tank and a pie eating contest.
