On August 1st, 2013, the 2013 Cinema Orange film series will show From Nothing to Something at the Orange County Museum of Art. This film is directed by Tim Cawley. This documentary was produced in 2012 and runs 79 minutes. This film looks at what makes ideas bloom and how do we separate great ideas from useless ones. The film “profiles creative thinkers across a spectrum of disciplines and finds the methods, habits, beliefs and neuroses that lead to breakthrough ideas.” From Nothing to Something has been called thoughtful, intimate and funny. This show is presented by OCMA and the Newport Beach Film Festival, who are celebrating their ninth season this year. The film begins at 8PM, on the patio, if weather permits. There will be a food truck onsite from 6:30PM to 8:30PM, for your dining needs. For directions or further information please check their website at: http://www.ocma.net/index.html?page=adults#Cinema_Orange_Film_Series.
