On Monday evening, June 6th, Duckhorn Vineyards is working with Executive Chef Miroslave Rusey to create a memorable dinner with wine pairings. The speaker this evening will be Remy Crane. The Amuse Bouche course will be lobster crostini paired with a Napa Valley Chardonnay. The 1st course will be Ahi tuna with an Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. The 2nd course is the salad course with a Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon. The entrée course features surf and turf paired with a Napa Valley Merlot. The final course is the dessert course featuring wild berry panna cotta with a Napa Valley red wine. The dinner starts at 6:30pm and ends at 9:30pm. 21 Oceanfront is located at 2100 West Oceanfront, Newport Beach. Tickets are $110 per person.
