The change of season and a home sale paired together are a great time to remember to clean all the windows inside and outside. Buyers will notice smudges and dirty windows. Clean blinds and drapes, as well.  During open houses and showings leave all the blinds and drapes drawn, so you let as much natural light in as possible.
