Beyond looking for a home or selling a home, the local community and neighborhood make a difference.  Having several companies in the area and a good long term job look is a real positive for selling a home.  Check out the local schools, are they in high demand and rated well.  Is there convenient local shopping and dining options, to your potential new neighborhood? What types of amenities are offered by the homeowners’ association?  Think about what you can live with or can’t live without and add this to your checklist for the perfect home.
