When you are beginning to get your home ready for a home sale, begin with a de-cluttering, removing personal items and a deep cleaning. Keep potential buyers focused on your home not your personal items. Create a space with staging, which makes it possible for potential buyers to view themselves living in this home. A great way to start this process, is to take an objective look at your home, if you can live without this item, it a probably a good choice to be put in storage.
