Before listing your home on the real estate market, make sure all trees and shrubs are pruned. This helps for multiple reasons; the outdoors will appear clean and neat, giving potential home buyers a positive first impression. It is also important to let as much natural light into the home as possible, especially during the darker winter months. Also, trim back any foliage that is covering the house numbers, it is difficult to sell a home if potential buyers can’t find it.
