The central location of the Newport Beach Library is kicking off the New Year with a special business workshop. Presented by SCORE Business workshop, The Best Customer Service Workshop is being held on Wednesday January 15th. This interactive workshop is presented by Dan Quinn, the Director of Events and Corporate Marketing for Easter Seals Southern California. This workshop focuses on the idea that if employers treat their staff right, “hire the right people, train them right, reward them right, hold them accountable, ect,” employees will always go the extra distance for the customer. This workshop will take place in the Friends Room from 6PM to 8:45PM, with registration and check-in beginning at 5:50PM. There is no cost to participate in this event.
