Pelican Hill Resort has several dining options for Thanksgiving this year. Each one of their restaurants has a special Thanksgiving menu. In their ballroom, Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray is creating a Thanksgiving Brunch complete with live entertainment and children’s activities. In Andrea Ristorante, Chef Luigi is creating a rustic Tuscan Thanksgiving menu and the entertainment in this restaurant will be a classical guitar player. Chef Marc at the Coliseum Pool and Grill will begin the day with a classic California breakfast buffet followed by a Thanksgiving al carte dinner menu.
