Even when you are selling your home during the winter season, it is important to have your yard looking its best. Curb appeal counts in every season, this is when potential buyers become forming opinions about house and property. Clean up the yard; remove all winter debris, prune back shrubs and trees, especially anything touching the house. Add some blooming cool weather annuals to flower beds for a touch of color. Keep the driveway free from toys, garbage cans and other items.
