The 21 Oceanfront Restaurant is hosting a Trefethen Wine dinner on August 21st, 2014. Both, 21 Oceanfront Executive Chef Miroslav Rusev and Kazia Schulhof from Trefethen Winery will speak during the evening. Dinner begins with gazpacho and shrimp bruschetta paired with a dry Riesling. The first course is Thai scallops served with Chardonnay. The second course is an orange glazed halibut paired with Pinot Noir. The entrée course is beef medallion with caramelized risotto with a Cabernet Sauvignon. The dessert course is a cherry walnut brownie with gelato and a late harvest Riesling.
